Delete your Vazi account

Your data belongs to you. You can delete your Vazi account at any time — from inside the app, or by contacting us if you no longer have it installed.

In the app

1. Open Me → Privacy.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 90 days. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion. Records we are required to keep by law (for example transaction records) are retained without your identity attached.

If you have open orders, active claims, live listings or a pending seller balance, the app will ask you to resolve those first — money always finishes its journey before an account closes.

Without the app

Message us on WhatsApp +254 111 269 826 or email officialvazike@gmail.com from the phone number or address on your account, and we will start the same deletion for you. The same timeline applies: deactivated on request, permanently erased after 90 days.
